Dr. Sydney Pokard is a 2016 graduate of Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California. She currently works at Serrano Animal and Bird Hospital in Orange County, California, doing small animal, exotic, and wildlife medicine. She is also part of the veterinary team for the Orange County Zoo. Her professional interests include surgery, dermatology, wildlife conservation, business management, teaching, and hopes to one day specialize in exotic companion mammal practice.
